Default Direct deposit.

We use direct deposit for our paychecks. It saves time and gas as there is no trip to the bank.

We don't have check cashing fees as we don't have to cash them anywhere its already in our account.

Typically our money is available early in the morning on friday so no waiting to go grocery shopping or delays in getting the bills paid.

We also have our tax money direct deposited which gets it to use faster than the old snail mail.

We like it this way and its safer and cheaper than an expectation loan. No fees for processing ecetera.

Check out the option for your workplace or next time you file your taxes you will find it to be both a time and money saver.

Default Re: Direct deposit.

I personally dislike banks and don't bother with them anymore. The only bank in my area is one which I have heard so many complaints about that there is no way I am going to bother with it.

Too many banks are raising rates and fees on their customers that it just isn't worth it.

Direct deposit is nice to have if you do have a bank that you can trust and that you like. However if you only have one bank in the area and you don't like it, then your in the boat that I am in.

I don't have a problem cashing my checks at all and it doesn't cost me a dime either. I prefer it that way. I get everything paid on time and that is what's important.

I know that the banks are getting crazy with their fees. I am also hearing alot of people saying that they are through with banks. My only worry is that if you have a large amount of cash what do you do with it.

I am certainly not keeping it at home. It would be my luck that we would have a fire and that cash would go up in smoke and then I would truly have nothing.

Banks are nuts but I would rather have my money banked by the government than loose it all together.
