Stimulus money, where is comes from

I was wondering where the stimulus money was going to come from, and how much are they trying to get. I looked it up and found out that the stimulus money comes from the government selling treasury bills. The amount they are going for is going to be $815 billion. That’s a lot of money for sure. Does anyone know how much each family is going to receive? Just wondering. Will the stipulations be the same as last year?
