Are we all aware of the fact that our return checks may come later this year. The IRS has a new thing going in and it will delay them by a month at least.

Thank you for posting this information, I wasnt aware that anything had changed to cause a significant wait for returns.

I don't believe that doing your own taxes is a safe option anymore. My son-in-law was going to do his own. He has always filed single and now has to do it married-joint and thought he was only going to get a small amount back. Thank goodness he listened to me. He is going to a tax person, I believe he will be happy when he sees the difference. I also like the fact that the preparer has to go to IRS if there is a mistake.

Yes the IRS will go for you if you get audited but at a price We filed out taxes with them and it was a fee of 30 dollars for it so there is a price to pay in everything
