Cancel your gym and save money.
Unfortunately these days, a lot of us have become virtual couch potatoes and really need to get up and get moving.
With the price of sessions at the gym being rather pricey, the best thing to do is cancel those sessions and get up and start moving.
A stationary bike is one of the ways to exercise that helps tone muscles and raises your heart rate. You can pick one up at a flea market or yard sale for under $10 most times.
Walking is another great weight bearing exercise. If the weather is too bad outside, theres always the local mall. Most malls are big enough that you can get a great walking workout without having to deal with wind, rain, snow, and ice etc.
Hand held weights are another option. These can also be bought at yard sales etc for very little money.
No one needs a personal trainer and if you feel you do, tune into one of the exercise shows on television and follow their lead.
Losing pounds and toning muscles doesnt have to cost much if you just get up and get started.
