Foreclosures.

Millions of foreclosures yet to come is what the Tresury is saying. Most of these are due to the fact that most people haven't used the governments program to have their payments reduced.

Now I know that many just don't think that they can do it. They don't believe that they are eligible or perhaps its the banks that are refusing to help them.

I wonder if this is the case. If a homeowner has been behind on their payments or they still are is this why they don't get the needed help. Has anyone tried to have their mortgage redone only to have it denied?
