Default Read all contracts carefully.

When presented with any paperwork or contract from anywhere, be sure to read it all in its entirety. Many times, people dont read it all and then at some point they are confronted with some real problems and the only answer they get is that, "it was in the contract".

Did you know that medicaid in some states do what is called estate recovery? This happens when someone is on medicaid and is permanently institutionalized. When death occurs the estates executor lets the attorney generals office know and then they in turn present a claim to the estate. And a will wont protect the estate from this happening.

However there are undue hardship cases in which the recovery can be delayed or waived.

These things also happen with places like Passport. Which is a nursing company that takes care of people that are at the end of their life span.

Most people arent aware of how many places out there do estate recovery so to be safe in all situations, read, read, read, and ask questions.
