Flying across country these days is going to cost you more than ever. There has even been talk of airlines charging a per person weight fare. Now to me that is going a little too far.

USAirways has actually cut its crosscountry flights in half, so I imagine that fares will go even higher than what they are right now, and if fuel keeps rising at the rate it is now, its going to be even harder yet to fly crosscountry.
