No. 2 United Airlines and No. 7 US Airways announced their new fees on Thursday, three weeks after No. 1 American Airlines set the precedent for the charge.

Default US Airways and the check baggage charge.

Traveling anywhere, by any means is becoming more and more expensive and I dont see an end to it coming any time soon.

Its hard just to make ends meet right now and its getting so bad that the people that used to depend on the food banks for help are finding they are getting less and less help because less and less is donated these days.

These are problems that need to be solved, and soon. When you consider that minimum wage is around $7.25 an hour and gasoline is $4.09 a gallon and up, there at least 5 hours that you are actually making only $3 an hour if you consider that $4 of that hourly pay is going in the gas tank.

We are all in desperate need of help and I dont see it forthcoming any time soon.

I wish I knew where I read this but until I find it again treat this as though it is rumor. But I read that they are going to change the way they charge each person to fly. They are going to start charging by your weight. Now that is fine if you weigh 110 pounds but most men and alot of women weigh much more than the average. An what would be the reasoning behind this . Your weight burns more fuel. Craziness.
