Verizon Internet

I have internet service through Verizon DSL. I have had it for years and really haven't had too many problems up until the past couple of months. It seems like at least once per week lately my service has been knocked out and I am really sick of it.

All day yesterday my service was out. Last week it went out twice and I can't remember exactly when but it was out a couple if timnes before that. I am really getting sick of it. And they sure don't take anything off the bill when service is out. So you pay for service that you don't even have sometimes. It's ridiculous.

I am under contract with them for another year and a half. After that I am gone.

I think I will switch to Comcast.

I have time warner (road runner) I really can not complain about my service.We have about five computers in the house and our troubles and problems are usually minimal.

I have had them for about ten years now and really they are good and fast to come and fix a problem.They have packages to bundle your phone cale and internet into one bill and they are cheap,

At one time in my life I also had Verizon DSL and I swear I will never go back. It was horrible. It seemed like every time I turned around it was going out, or I would be online working or doing something else and it would just stop working.

I would call the company and they did nothing but give me a run around every single time. One day I got really fed up with it and I called Comcast and had it installed. Since then I have not had any real problems with my internet at all.

I would much rather sell my home and move rather than ever end up going back to Verizon.

I was so glad when the comcast tech showed up to install my internet and cable. I know many people who also used to use Verizon and of course they have also changed over as well because they also had the same type of problems I did.
