Default 5 Tips to keep grocery bills down

.Take the time at least once a week to look through the grocery ads. Mark items that are good deals, such as buy one and get two free.

.Keep a list of things that you run out of. If you have to keep running back and forth to the grocery store, it wastes gas also you will probably buy more then you need.

.Clip coupons and remember to use them on your next grocery shopping trip.

.Create a budget, and stick to it, bring only cash to the grocery store with you.

.Avoid taking children to the store with you if at possible. They tend to make us spend more
