Default Heating bills.

There are many ways to save on your heating bills. First off remove those air conditioners from the window.

Covering them may seem like a good idea but this doesn't keep the cold air out. Even without a draft it will allow cooler air to seep into your home.

Caulk the windows and make sure the storms are closed completely. Take the time to check all of the window.

Check the stripping around your doors. Use alternate fuels sources when you can.

We use a propane heater upstairs and a wood burning stove to heat the whole house.

We also own a kerosene heater just in case the power goes out. Everything that you do to keep the cold air out and the warm air in will save you a bundle.
