American Jobs Overseas!!

Recently I had to make a few phone calls to a call center to get some problems taken care of.

This isn't the first time I have had to do this, and I just had to ask the call representive where I was calling. I had called India!! Now the company I called is based in Florida, so this is a serious problem because it means jobs that should be here in this country are overseas!!

Not to mention when you call these places it is very difficult to understand what these people are saying to you. Now if the call center was here in America where it should be that wouldn't be a problem!!

I am fairly sure that just about everyone has had to make a phone call like this once or more in life so you probably know what I am talking about. Then of course there is the issue of having to press 1 if you want english!!

This all really upsets me seriously and I have loged a complaint about it but something tells me that it isn't going to do any good, but at least I tried to do something.
