I am sure glad to hear this. I guess most of the penalty money that BP has to pay because of the oil spill will be going to the Gulf region because it has been the most effected.
And apparently Obama has agreed.

I agree that this is the only right thing to do. That money should go to the Gulf so that it can be used to help the people and the enviroment that have been hurt because of the spill.
