Default Businesses Cracking Down

I have a few friends who work for retail stores. I guess the companies that they are working for are seriously starting to crack down on how the employees work..

We all know that there are employees who work hard and do as they are asked with out a problem. Then again there are those employees who show up for work, walk around talk to co workers and customers instead of doing their work. Leaving it for someone else to do.

Well some companies aren't taking this anymore and they are taking steps to weed those kinds of people out who waste company money.

I know one company is making employees scan their badges at price checkers before stocking shelves and after to find out how long it takes to get their work done.

I heard that just after one week there were 3 people fired because of them not working. This means that 3 jobs have opened up for people who do want to work and earn a pay check.

I hate to see people getting fired but some times it is better this way. If I were running a company I sure wouldn't want people getting paid for not doing that they were supposed to.
