Default Chrysler dealers worried.

With Chrysler wanting to shut down 789 dealers, the dealers are trying to move all of their cars, hoping that they all sell so that they dont lose thousand of dollars on the ones that dont sell.

Chrysler will come out of bankruptcy as a new company with only about 2400 show rooms.

GM has also notified 1,100 dealers that they will no longer be needing their services. Since this is not a bankruptcy deal and not going to go into effect until October of 2010, the GM dealers will have more options on dealing with the cutback.
