After Cerberus took over Chrysler, several of the cars that had been produced by Chrysler have been done away with. These include the Dodge Durango, Crossfire, Pacifica, and Aspen. Also done away with was the Dodge Magnum.
Now to save money they will discontinue production of the Chrysler PT Cruiser this summer.
The next one expected to go will be the Jeep Commander.
Will stopping the production of these cars be the answer to Chryslers problems. And what about the fuel efficient cars the Big3 are supposed to come up with. Will some of the models from the 1990s be the energy savers of the future?
