Online retailers are gearing up for Cyber Monday. Cyber Monday is the biggest online shopping day for the holiday season. Cyber Monday is the Monday following Black Friday. You can bet the deals will be there for the taking but experts are predicting a flat line for this day after years of growth.

Free shipping will be available almost everywhere online on Cyber Monday. Many will be offering no payments for ninety days and deals such as $10 off on purchases of $50 or more.

Jeff Wisot, vice president of marketing for online retailer Buy.com says that last year shoppers were spending a lot more on Christmas gifts than they will be willing to spend this year due to the bad economy.

Right now it is hard making ends meet for almost everyone, so Christmas is of course going to be effected as well. People right now just cant afford to do all the shopping that they normally would do. Hopefully in the near future something will be done to get us all out of this horribly economical rut we are in. Online shopping of course is a whole lot saver than trying to shop on black Friday. Especially seeing the news about a man being killed because of those black Friday shoppers.

I just recieved an email from Circuit City stating that they are starting their Cyber Monday today. Perhaps they have taken into consideration the bad state of the economy are want to possibly get a head start on the sale.
