Disney Profits Down

Disney profits are down 32%, thats a pretty big drop.

I believe Disney can deal with this ok for a while without any major problems but this is a sign of the times.

Theme park attendance, DVD sales and TV advertising are all usually major money makers for the company but they are all down and have been since the start of our economic troubles.

Shares in the company have dropped 9% lower.

The company is cutting hundreds of jobs and making other major changes to combat the bad times. This is terrible news.

If you have a job, be thankful even if you don't like it. Anything is better than nothing right now.
