Default Effects of Oil Spill on BP

How do you think that this oil spill is going to effect the company BP in the long run?

I think that this is going to hurt the company severely for a very long time. I know that the BP companies in my area, and we are not any where near the Gulf area, have drastically lost a whole lot of business over the last several months.

This is hurting their bottem line of course and I doubt if there is going to be an increase in profits for a long time yet to come.

Most people that I have spoken to about this oil spill state that they refuse to give their money to this company any more and that they will purchase their fuel and other things elsewhere.

I am just wondering if things continue on for BP as they have been will they be able to pull themselves out of the hole and continue on with business as usual or will this company end up becoming a thing of the past??
