Default Is It A Good Time To Start A Business

Where my old man's parents live there really aren't any small grocery stores and they are thinking of opening one in the area.

Though with all of the problems going on with this country and it's economic state I wonder if now really is a good time for them to attempt such a thing??

What do you all think about this? I know they know what they are doing because many years ago they ran a movie rental business which did well. Though they wanted something different and shut the place down.

I just wonder if now is going to be a good time to try and get a business up and running. There have been so many companies and small business that have had to close, it makes me wonder if they can make it a success or not.
