McDonalds Recall

McDonalds has announced a voluntary recall of their Shrek drinking glasses which may be tainted with a toxic metal. This recall is to the tune of about $15 million dollars.



I guess McDonalds have reacted to this problem with lightning speed and trying to make things right.

The really cool part about all of this is that no one told them that a recall was necessary. The toxic metal does not exceed federal or state safety requirements. They say it does not pose a risk to the public. McDonalds has taken it upon themselves to do this, to make it right.

I really think that is cool. It's very rare for any company to do something like this.

Yes I agree you are right,what if Toyota had recalled their cars as soon as they knew that their was a problem?

There would be a few more people living and breathing and spending more time with their families if they had of.

I commmend Mc Donald's for this action that they have taken upon theirselves to take.I think that more companies should be as responsible as they are.

I also have to say that I am happy to see at least one company in this country who is willing to take this kind of action to help protect the public. If more companies would take the time to care about the people then this world would be a much better place to live.

I mean most companies realize that there is some kind of a problem and they seem to do their best to keep the problem from the public. This is something that really Pisses me off.

I am just glad that McDonalds is showing that it cares about the people enough to do a recall on an item when there really isn't even a need for it. To me that is just awesome!!

This like this are what make the people want to spend their money there. I mean I would rather spend my hard earned money at a place that cares for the people rather than one that only gives a shit about their profits.
