Default Meal Deal Costs Increase

I have noticed that most of the restaurant meal deals have increased in price.

At Taco Bell they had $2.00 meals which are now costing people $2.25. Same with KFC they had meals for $5.00 and they are now $5.50, also at Subway the number of $5.00 subs they had have drastically decreased, to save money!

All prices are going up and it doesn't look like anyone will be paying lower prices for anything any time soon!

I know a quarter here and a quarter there doesn't seem like a whole lot of money, but it is!! It all adds up quickly.

I wish prices would drop back down to where people could afford to live a little and have some fun, but I don't think that is ever going to happen again.

Default Re: Meal Deal Costs Increase

Not only are a lot of meals costing us more to buy, but are much smaller in portions to those we used to get for a lower cost.

At least a lot of fast-food restaurants are beginning to give us some more healthy choices on their menus.......but if you are watching calories beware: there are a lot of hidden calories in many of those choices that you may think are healthier for you. I think it should be a requirement that restaurants give calorie counts for their dishes.

It would also be nice if customers could see what ingredients are included in the dish that they are ordering. This could keep allergy sufferers from making mistakes in their menu choice.
