Default No Deal Reached Yet for Mortgage Bailout

As of late Friday evening, no deal has yet been reached to pass the bill the mortgage rescue plan.

Talks are expected to continue into late tonight and tomorrow.

A deep split has been revealed between democrats and republicans and what is the right way to go about dealing with these mortgage companies and so on. House Republicans want Wall street to pay for their own mistakes and they want to create a "workout" instead of a bailout.

Democrats are getting upset that things are turning to presidential politics instead of staying on topic.

Both sides say that progress is being made and that this will not be left on the table. A deal will get done.

I myself do not agree with this bailout. I do understand that something has to make or break here but there are too many other thigs attached to this proposal that have nothing to do at all with bailing out mortgages. It is the usual politics and I for one do not wish to pay the price.
