When I was a kid you didn't have a TV worth having unless it was a RCA, and General Foods was the name brand to buy. Now these companies are gone. See who else has disappeared.

Yes, I remember many of these companies, but my all time favorite was RCA, it had the phonograph and dog for a logo, and I really thought that was neat when I was a kid.

I remember those companies, and it was a big deal to get to go shopping in those stores and buy a couple of new dresses for school, and then go have lunch. (Note I said dresses, lol, showing my age huh?) Yes, it was fun and those times are long gone. Now it's all about the malls with the teenagers-that is if you can afford to get there.
