A Waste of Money or Not??

I was watching a news snow as normal the other morning and they mentioned how more than half a million dollars were spent on getting a shrimp to run on a treadmill!!!!

Now I surely hope that there was some seriously reason why they would do this but I for one can't think of any good reason to force a shrimp to run on a treadmill.

I think this was a huge waste of government money ( or I should say OUR money)! I mean it isn't like this shrimp needed a diet or anything like that, so as far as I can see it was pointless.

Just goes to show that even though there are so many better uses for money everyone is still willing to waste it like its water.
