Default Federal unemployments done?
When a person is no longer working and qualified, they apply for state umemployment. When these benefits run out, then the federal umemployment benefits kick in.

January of 2012 could find over 5 million people without any of these benefits if congress doesnt hurry up and extend the payments once again.
