Default Has the economy really changed

For to long now we have all been paying a great deal for several items which are needed. Things such as groceries, fuel and utilities. All of these items have gone up in prices and had made us all pinch our pennies simply to make it from one week to the next.

Though thankfully the cost of fuel has dropped a great deal which has helped us all out alot. Though the cost of groceries and other needed items for our homes still remains high, and there are no signs that they to will also begin dropping any time soon.

Utilities are also another increase which will most likely not drop either, So it seems that the money we are all now able to save from the decrease of fuel prices will now just be spent on bills and other needed items. Hence we are still struggling from one week to the next.

We keep hearing that things are getting better, though honestly I havent seen it. I mean yeah the lower cost of fuel is nice, but what about everything else? If the money we save on the lower fuel costs simply has to be spent other places and not saved, its not really helping us out a great deal is it?

Now I would have to say that if fuel prices remain lowered, and the costs of groceries and utilities came back down to resonable prices and we were all able to save a few cents here and there then I would have to say things are looking good, but until then as far as I can tell not a whole lot has changed lately.

I haven't noticed any major change in the economy as of yet. The only thing that has helped us is the fallen gas prices but they are even beginning to rise a bit now. Experts say they don't anticipate fuel costs to go back to $4 per gallon any time in the near future but any rise in price is bad news to me.

Empty Wallet, my hubby and I know that feeling well. We both have been looking for work, and in our area there is like nothing at all. I even attempted for fast food employment as I know the turn over rate there is extremely high. Though there is like a waiting list for even these places.
We are not able to travel to seek employment as we do not have transportation at this time, which makes the search even more difficult.
Until our economy gets back on track where it belongs it looks like many of us will continue to struggle a great deal.
