Most Americans think Economy will Worsen in 2009

According to a Harris poll, 52% of the Americans surveyed feel that the economy will worsen this year.

When asked where the responsibility lies as far as being financially secure, 77% answered that they themselves are very responsible, while 48% said that Congress is very responsible and 46% said that the President is very responsible.

Over half of the Americans polled say they will cut back on household spending in 2009, while 45% will try to pay down debt and 42% want to save more money this year.

I agree with that. I believe it is going to take several years for us to be whole again. I would love to be wrong but I don't think I am. There just isn't going to be any quick fix for our economy.
