Rent to Own

They are saying the rent to own stores are doing pretty good right now.

If a major appliance breaks down, people are going to rent to own places to purchase as they don't have the money right now to go out and buy a new one.

Aaron's is planning to open 200 more stores in 2010. They also say just only about 5% of their customers buy the items in the end.

I personally would only go to a place like that if I absolutely had to. Say my refrigerator breaks down and I have no money to get another one, I would first try to buy one used, then I would go there.

You pay just so much more.

I agree, I would run through every possible idea before going to a rent to own place.

Of course if there is not other choice at the time, then yes I to would make the stop at a rent to own business.

The amount you actually end up paying for something from this type of business is horrible. They know this and they also know that there are times when people just have no choice, which is why they are able to continue doing business.

Though before I did this, I would be searching online, local newspapers, speaking to friends and family and so on for the item I was in need of before stepping foot into a rent to own business.
