Default Retirement age to rise again?

I saw on the news today where it is possible that the retirement age will go up to 80 years. And with our life expectancy only at 75, that should tell us all something.

The government cant control its spending and they use social security money for some of their needs so instead of saying that there isnt any money left, they will just up the retirement age to a level that it will be physically impossible for us to reach.

And, they say that most people have only saved 7% of the money they will need for when they retire. Again, what do they expect? We have lousy jobs, with little pay and only the very rich will actually have enough money to retire comfortably on.

More and more, one gets the feeling that soon they will have complete control of our lives. It reminds me of a movie I watched as a teen called Big Brother. Watch it folks it will really make you think.
