Default The economy and the job market.

The economy and the job market run hand in hand. This should be obvious to most of us.

Without jobs there is no money to spend. Lack of spending means poor economic growth which means fewer jobs.

Now knowing this wont help you find a job but it will give you the knowledge to know how you can help your community.

Spend locally as much as possible. As long as we are doing so we are insuring that the jobs in our communities stay there.

You want to work locally as I do I'm sure. No one wants to travel extreme distances from home to do so.

The further we have to drive the fewer dollars we have to spend on the things we need. This also means that we have to spend our money where we work.

Keep your money local and keep local business's running. Its the right thing to do.

Default Re: The economy and the job market.

You know I am tired of the press stating that things are on a rise as far as the economy goes. The fact of the matter is I myself would be very careful and save my money right now.

There is no telling when the economy will rise and stablize and until it does,I do not have the money to take a chance with.My mom taught me a long time ago it is better to be safe than sorry.
