Default What a budget looks like thru the tea party

The changes seem like a good idea to me i mean its only right that they start taking some of the cuts that all of us citizens have been doing for years I mean come on we are not the only ones living in America why should we stand to struggle alone they can see how the real world lives and let them see if they can survive the economy

NEW YORK (CNNMoney) -- The Tea Party campaigned on scaling back the size of government, and now we know how they want to do it.
With Washington buzzing with proposals to cut the budget, Sen. Rand Paul and Rep. Michele Bachmann -- two high-profile Tea Party members -- have each released laundry lists of spending cuts.

Quote:
The cuts:
  • legislative branch -- 23%
  • federal courts -- 32%
  • Agriculture Department -- 30%
  • Commerce Department -- 54%
  • Health and Human Services -- 26%
  • Homeland Security -- 43%
  • Interior Department -- 78%
