Default Cobra payments to continue health insurance.

We will soon have to make cobra payments to continue our health
insurance. Cobra is the company that handles heath insurance after
you have quit or lost you job.

The payments are quite high compared to what we were paying while
my husband was employed. I am guessing that this is due to the fact
that the company covered some of the cost of health insurance for
its employees.

I do appreciate the fact that I will be able to keep my current insurance
coverage. It does cover most of the medical expenses so it is well worth
it.

Sorry to hear that hubby is no longer employed. Alot of that is happening lately. Though I am glad that you are able to keep your insurance. Right now it is important for everyone to have some kind of health care insurance.
Even though the price of fuel has started to drop back to a more managable price, everything else remains high still.
