Default Flood Insurance

This year there is going to be alot of flooding going on, especially in the area where I live.

We have had just way to much rain then all of a sudden the snow started to pile up.

Because the ground was already saturated with water, once all this snow begins to melt its going to cause alot of flooding for alot of areas.

Now would be a good time to make sure that your home or rental is covered by flood insurance.

This is something that alot of people leave out when it comes to getting insurance because they think that they live in an area which never floods. Then when it happens they are kicking themselves because they passed up the chance to save them selves alot of money.

I know I just checked to make sure that we are covered and we are covered well, which I am thankful for.

Though I though I would post this little tip in hopes that everyone will check their insurance or get it if they havent already to make sure they are protected in case something does happen.
