Default Insurance Companies Stalling On Pay Outs

Lately Ohio has been hit with some severe storms and there have been many homes damaged due to high winds as well as falling branches or whole trees.

I have been told that some insurance companies are pretty much stalling people or making up various excuses on their pay outs. Though no one knows why or when they are going to finally pay out.

I am sorry but something like that just tells me that the insurance company who is playing games like that just isn't worth getting my business.

Homes that have been damaged because of these storms, people are having to pay out of pocket because their roofs are leaking or there are holes in their homes. This is not the time to be playing games with an insurance company.

I only hope that they will soon get things straightened out with their insurance company's to get things back to normal in their lives, then do some research and hopefully find better companies.

Yeah, they make money via interest on all the monies they hold on to every day... delays are profitable.

I really don't know what the best insurance is - I have Allstate now.

Many year's ago I had farmer's. They had insured that house for some 20 years. Then we got a bad wind that damaged all the houses in the neighborhood. I filed a claim - it was only for some $500. They paid - and then cancelled the insurance!!!

Never using Farmer's again!

That is just wrong, did they give a reason as to why they canceled the insurance on you???

That is just horrible that they would do something like that after you were a loyal customer for so long!!!

I can not believe what some insurance companies will do to their customers. They pretend to be your friend and promise to be there in your time of need. Though when that time does come around they are in hiding some where making plans on how to spend your money!!
