Selling Short

Does anyone have any experience with selling stocks short or put options? I have been doing a lot of research on the topic, but am unsure of the mechanics and real life application of the subject.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

There are several online investment sites that will allow you to do this directly, but it is really best to do this through a broker.

You need to spend hours every day researching the market so you can make wise decisions. This is more like a job than a hobby, and you may bebefit from having a broker doing some of the legwork.

Of course I don't know your personal situation, so it's difficult to answer.
