Default Bathroom Repairs

For a little over a month now my other half has slowly been working on our upstair bathroom.

He completely tore out the walls and the window and are replacing it all.

It was all in horrible shape and really needed to be done. Thanks to some wise shopping we have been able to get all the needed materials and still keep some money in our pockets.

It can be difficult to purchase everything that is needed to do such projects around the house because money is so tight for so many. Though thankfully there have been alot of sales on some great products which we needed for our bathroom.

Hopefully soon though I will once again have a bathroom upstairs,LOL. I am also thankful that here is more than one bathroom in this house, or we would really be in trouble here,LOL.

The window has already been put in, now he just needs to finish putting up the shower walls and of course install the new faucets which we purchased. Then after it has all been sealed well, I will be able to take a shower up there.

We saved over $400.00 doing this project thanks to sales, and smart shopping. That is quite a savings and that money will be put to better use later on for other projects.

Default Re: Bathroom Repairs

That's a great savings. I'm obsessed with HGTV and recently convinced my husband on remodeling our bathroom to our master bedroom. It's been a lot of work but it's so rewarding to do it ourselves while saving money. We look forward to the weekends when we both can devote a good chunk of time toward making my dream bathroom a reality!
