Buying a Vehicle - Haggle Free
Since the first vehicles started rolling off the assembly lines in America, people have been haggling over their price. This practice may soon come to an end though. Many consumers would rather see a fair price on the window of those vehicles instead of an over-inflated price that they will have to negotiate down to a fairer cost for the consumer.
Savvy vehicle shoppers are now shopping online and finding the vehicle that interests them with all the information that they need to get a rock-bottom price for their favorite vehicle. This has the dealerships reconsidering the out-dated practice of those over-inflated price stickers that have been the norm for decades.
Now more than ever, more and more women are buying vehicles. These women are telling dealerships that they don't want to have to haggle over the price of their cars, and those dealerships are listening.
One woman said that she won't even bother looking for a vehicle at any of her local dealerships because she doesn't have time to be haggling over a price, but she isn't going to be put in the position of paying the sticker price either. She not only shops around for her vehicles online, but also buys online to avoid having to haggle.
Another reason for dealerships to try to lure more women into their car lots? More women are declaring that they would rather buy a vehicle from another woman, because they can better relate to them. Dealerships would like to see more women become car salespeople to help them boost sales to female consumers.
Another reason that dealerships should convert to a one-price standard for their cars is that it's been reported that those dealerships get more repeat customers than they did when they haggled over prices.
