Default Goverment Appliance Programs

Just like the whole cash for clunkers deal, which was to help get gas guzzlers off the roads and to help stimulate auto sales at the same time. The goverment also has plans to start such incentives for the appliances in our homes.

Though the only difference is that you wont have to take in your old appliances to get this deal. It is to help people rid their homes of energy draining appliances and purchase those which have been rated by energy star to be energy efficient.

All 50 states were given a chance to show intrest in taking part of this deal and apparently all 50 states showed their intrest. So come the middle of October each state will have to draft their program and will recieve the Federal money to start up the program.

Depending on the appliance being replaced, rebates will range anywhere from $50.00 to $200.00.

Appliance Programs

This program may come in useful for those who have been in need of replacing old appliances and even for those who want to save on the costs of utilities.

Good luck, I know that I would die in my home with out a dish washer. Especially since my sweetie has his family over about once a month for "pizza night" where my sweetie makes home made pizza from scratch. Needless to say there is a large (huge) amount of dishes that have to be done afterwards,LOL.
