Real estate is one of the biggest purchases that you will ever make. It is an investment of sorts that over time acts like the stock market.

Right now its in a turn down state. The prices are low and not good news for people who are trying to sell.

It is however a great time to purchase. It is however a difficult time to get a mortgage loan. The rules have changed so much that many will no be able to get a loan.

Many banks have limited the types of loans that they are giving out and mine no longer does personal loans. This is sad people but it is the way things are and we will do whatever it takes to survive.
