Serious Upgrades This Summer

Well as soon as the weather finally turn nice there is going to be a lot of money going out the window here.

Plans are to put a new roof on the house with new gutters, renovate the bathroom, update the kitchen, waterproof the basement, buy a washer, dryer and freezer, new carpeting, exterior paint, new plumbing thoughout the house as well as a new front porch!!!

Yeah we are going to have our hands full around here for quite a while, though all projects we have planned are all things that are seriously needed here.

Starting tomorrow we have people coming in to give estimates on the costs of all this. We are expecting it to be high but hopefully it won't be horrendous!!
