Default Stores Stocking Up

My other half has worked for Walmart for more than 15 years and he has been telling me that the amount of delivery truck getting the stores ready for the holiday rushes has practically doubled over the last two weeks.

I guess the stores are expecting a huge rush of customers for holiday shopping and are trying to get prepared for it all.

I guess from what I understand the store is really stocking up especially on clothes, toys and electronics as well.

That is a little bit of a hint on what they are expecting to sell during the holiday season. I thankfully have most of my shopping already done, so this isn't something I really have to deal with anymore.

Though I am thinking of going out on Black Friday to do a bit more shopping, but I'm not sure just yet.

With Black Friday coming up in a few days, there would be a lot of merchandise coming into the stores.

I read where Walmart will be starting some of their Black Friday sales at midnight on Thanksgiving day and then the rest of what they are offering for that sale will go on at 4am.

I was going to go so I could get a new laptop and a 32 inch flatscreen TV, but just dont feel like fighting the crowds that I know will be there.

I agree with you. The stores are seriously going to be packed. I am not looking forward to fighting with the crowds but sometimes it has to be done..

Though really I feel bad for all of the employees who have to work on black friday and of course on holidays. I have been there and done that and it isn't something I enjoyed much at all.

I remember it was eiter last year or the year before that, there was a man who was trampled to death after he had unlocked the store doors to allow shoppers in.

I hope that is something that will never happen again. It is a horrible shame. Though as I said I hope it don't happen again.
