Default Superbowl Ads

If this isn't a major purchase then I don't know what is lol!

This season's Superbowl will be telecast on CBS. Before it was shown on NBC. Television ad prices have dropped dramatically with the economy being bad but CBS will still be raking in the big bucks for the thirty-second ads played during the Superbowl in February. They will get $2.5 and $3 million dollers per every thirty-second ad!

Thats a lot but but last year, NBC charged $3 million for every thirty second ad during the Superbowl. Not a penny less for any of them!

Either way, companies are jumping on the price because CBS only has six open spots left already and there is still a couple of months before the Superbowl!

I remember hearing a few years back about a beer commercial ( I think)that was to be aired during the superbowl and the cost for the add was eight million dollars!!!

Sorry but if I had that much money, I would surely do something more worth while with it than to run an advertisement!!!

The cost of these 30 second commercials is just aweful. There are more important things in this world then getting your AD viewed during a football game.

Besides those watching the game prefer to watch the game not the commercials that are being forced on everyone.
