Default What is a Major Purchase?

I don't know about all of you, but to me anymore at time a major purchase is a bag of groceries.

Then again to some the purchase of a home is a major purchase. I am just curious as to what can be really considered a major purchase these days?

Everything just about anymore costs so much that it is extremely difficult for some to even afford the basic needs to live, and then there are those who don't seem to have these worries at all.

I wish I could claim that I was one of the few who does not have any money issues what so ever, though this isn't the truth. I am one of the to many who have money difficulties which is why most things in life right now are a major purchase to me.

What do you consider to be a major purchase these days?

Usually a major purchase is one that you can't buy out right, you have to get it financed. To some people that consists of more money than others,so it is safe to say that putting an exact amount or figure to it would be about five hundred dollars or more.

Anything less I would not consider to be a major purchase, but I guess in these tight days they are for almost anyone.I know that my decision making process has had to change over the past year or two.

Prices are going up and pay and hours are going down, and until the things start turning around it will continue to be very tough just to get by.
