Will You vacation This Year??

So will you all be able to take a vacation this year? I know a few peeps who are going to vacation on a Disney Cruise, but other than that pretty much everyone that I know isn't going to be going any where unless it is something along the lines of going fishing or maybe camping.

Those two things at least don't cost thousands of dollars to do. It is sad that most people work hard all year, then can even manage to afford a nice vacation to allow them to relax.

My old man gets 4 weeks of vacation time off every year. He is on vacation right now. We use most of the time for house cleaning and repairing and what not. Then when he takes the other weeks off I am not sure exactly what we will end up doing.

I sure hope it is something more fun than dusting and vacuuming!!

The closest I will to a vacation this year is maybe camping, gas is up to high, along with everything else.

Probably go swimming, and maybe go on some picnics, but that is about it

We will probably vacation this year but it will consist of renting a cabin at a local lake for a week. This way we wont have to travel very far and the price of renting the cabin will be within our budget.

Plus, we will have access to Amish country, fishing, boating, and many trails to hike on. The main reason for a vacation to me is to get away from everyone and everything and this would be the perfect vacation to do that on.

I also will be taking an inexpensive camping trip for vacation this year. It is about all we are going to be able to afford. Prices for everything is skyrocketing and it is getting harder and harder to keep things in balance.

Though camping is something I have always enjoyed doing and look forward to it again. I haven't been camping in many years and that is about to change.

I am not sure where I am going to be camping but it won't be to awefully far away thanks to gas prices. Though it will be fun and I look forward to getting away from the world for at least a little bit of time.
