Default Back to School Bargains

Here we go again... school shopping! Yuck! It's like Christmas without the gratification lol!

School shopping can be quite expensive by the time you get all of the supplies they need, clothes, shoes, underthings and backpacks. And I get to do it for three. Its takes a bit of dough.

Right now is a great time to start though because the stores have begun their sales. I know Walmart has their notebooks for .15 cents and I was actually able to get my youngest daughter three outfits on sale for $7 bucks each. Now that cheap! They are really cute too, tops and bottoms together.

Tomorrow we are going to go get shoes. that can be an all day ordeal in itself. I already told the kids though that they can forget the $50+ shoes. It's not happening. Can't afford it. We will see how it goes. I will be glad to have the shopping done with!

Good luck to you there Pennypinch. Shopping for three is expensive and it can be nerve wracking at the same time.

I can not believe it is getting to be that time of the year again when parents have to spend money getting the kiddies ready for school once again.

I don't have this problem to deal with thankfully, though I know many who do. Last year a friend of mine spent a total of $450.00 on his daughters back to school stuff. I could not believe it until he showed me the store receipt.

Then again his daughter just had to have all the expensive stuff she could find and he was dumb enough to fork it over to her. I will never understand why some parents think that they need to spend so much on the kids!!

As I said I thankfully don't have to deal with this kind of stuff. I would most likely go insane if I did have to,LOL.
