Fed Up With My Phone Company!
I am beyond fed up with my phone and internet company Frontier. For the past six months straight I have had nothing but problems with my service. More often than not the phone and internet are out.
I have called Frontier and have gone directly to a tech about this so many times I cannot even remember how much. It has literally been happening for six months!
I lost my internet again yesterday. Today the internet comes back on (off and on I should say) and the phone is completely out.
It's ridiculous.
The tech has told me multiple times that he is going to talk to his boss about having our service line moved because the pole it is on is bad. And still I haven't heard anything and the problem continues.
I just sent Frontier a nasty email demanding it be fixed and I be reimbursed for all of the full payments I have made for half-ass service. I should get at least a few months free. If that doesn't work I swear I am going to news nine and the newspaper with my problem.
