If You Were Rich, Would You Still Work?
I have a question for ya. If you were rich would you quit your job or would you continue to work?
In example, say yopu hit the lottery for a few million dollars. Would you go and tell your boss to stuff it or would you continue to work? And if you would still work, what would you do with your paychecks?
Myself, I think I would most likely quit working. I know that I would become bored easily not working though so I would definitely do some sort of charity work.
I think it would be senseless to continue working when so many others need jobs.
Besides that, I would really enjoy having the freedom to do what I want when I want to.

Re: If You Were Rich, Would You Still Work?
Yep, I would still work because for one thing I love my job. For another, I would buy a big RV and my husband and I would do a lot of traveling, and because I work online, I could very easily take my job with me.
I havent even considered retirement yet. And dont plan to any time soon. So, money or no money, I would still continue working.

Re: If You Were Rich, Would You Still Work?
I'm with moneysince on this one, where I would continue working, take some schooling to improve my webmaster work, and also use some of it for charity since I give to several places now.
I love the idea of being able to travel the states without worrying about getting to a certain place on time.
I use to drive a big rig and always seemed pushed for time. Not much time for sightseeing, but loved what I saw in my travels on the road.
Oh, buying a real house would be a must if I became rich.
There are so many things a person could do after winning a large sum of cash, but paying off the bills and making sure you have a good place to live comes first.
Then you can wonder what you want to do next, if anything.

I would have to continue to work,I would just not work as much.Right now I work almost every day,I feel like I spend more time at work then I do away from work.
I can not complain really though because I need the money, with two teenager children, you know there is always something popping up that is needed by one or the other or even myself all of the time.

Re: If You Were Rich, Would You Still Work?
I am among the many who would continue to work. Though the amount of time that I spent working would be drastically decreased, because there are many other things that I would want to do.
I also work online, so just about anything that I would want to do I could do from just about every where I was. So traveling would seem like a good idea, buying a house, setting myself up for a good retirement, making sure that my family had all that they needed and more (depending on how much I won exactly) and so on.

Oh I would definitely buy a nice big house. A new car too. After that, I'd also like to travel. I have never really been able to afford many vacations so I would definitely want to see the world!
I think i would want to do some kind of charity working with kids. I love kids. Well, I have three of them so I must lol.
