Default Round It Up

One great way I have learned to save money in my house is to round everything up to the nearest dollar.

When making out bills, getting cash for groceries, balancing the check book and so forth round everything up to the nearest dollar, and with in one month you will be pleasently surprised at how much money you have managed to keep in your account.

Granted your not going to find hundreds of dollars in your account in just one month, but it will be more than you would expect to find.

After doing this for a couple of months and getting used to doing it, move the money that you have saved into a saving account which can be used for emergencies, house hold items, vacations, repairs on home and car, holidays or special occasions and what ever else is needed.
