Default Saving on your cell phone bill.

One thing you can do to save on your cell phone bill is to look at different plans than the one you have probably had for several years. This alone can save you money as the companies are always coming out with new plans.

Take texting off your cell phone. This is one of the ways that your cell phone bill get way out of the ball park when the monthly bill comes in.

Dont call 411 for information as this can run around $1.25 each time you use it. Instead call 1-800-FREE411.
Why spend money on something that is available for free?

Our cell plan has the friends and family option, so anyone on it is free to call anytime. Make as many of your calls in the evening when there is no charge for calling.

We wait till the weekend to make any long distance calls that we need to make to keep in touch with out of state family and friends as it is also free on the weekends.

My cell phone is used for when I leave home in case I break down in my car. I very seldom ever use it. And we do have a land line as it saves money on the cell bill by allowing us to call locally. And to save on the land line, we have no long distance on it nor do we call long distance on it.

In the long run, my cell bill runs $35 a month and my land line runs $25.

My cell phone has two lines and I have unlimited text internet and GPS.I get 2000 minutes a month for both lines to share.Free nights starting at seven pm,and free weekends, and free any cell phone to cell phone no matter the company.I never go over my minutes without even trying I don't.

My seventeen year old daughter uses my phone alot. She does whatever she wants on it and my bill is the same every month.I pay one hundred thirty dollars a month for it.I don't think that that is so bad because I am a manager and need constant access to the internet and gps so I don't get lost for meetings. For the most part I am always early too.

I have a prepaid cell phone and it works perfectly for me. In many areas where most cell phones dont seem to be able to get a decent enough signal to send or recieve a call, my little prepaid cell seems to fair just perfectly.

I also easily control the costs of the phone which make it even nicer. I dont have to worry about overages or anything crazy like that.

I can access the internet, send pictures, text messages and just about anything else most cell phones can handle.

So I think that I will stick to my little prepaid phone which only costs me about $20.00 every 3 months.
